This is a varied and interesting role, supporting an energetic and highly successful sales team, and candidates will need the following skills and qualities:
Excellent secretarial, IT and administration skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
High standards of client care and the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Responsibilites will include:
Client liasion, registration of applicants, preparation of sales correspondence, documentation and particulars, updating website and portals, collating and submitting weekly office reports & statistics, plus office management - co-ordinating records for holiday/sickness, reconciliation of petty cash, ordering stationery, computer back-up and general administration for the department.
Previous property experience (and driving license) useful but may not be essential
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm plus Saturdays on rota (currently 1 in 4)
Salary up to £25k dependent on experience, plus private healthcare and a minimum of 20 days holiday pa. Company pension after qualifying period.
